The Galaxy Grand Prime is built around a 5-inch qHD PLS touch-screen display with 960 by 540 resolution, a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor and 1.5GB of RAM for solid performance for users.
8GB of Storage, Plus WiFi and Bluetooth Connectivity
Built in to the Galaxy Grand Prime is 8GB of on-board storage, expandable to 128GB with a microSD card, giving users more space for photos, music and other content. The phone also supports WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, as well as free international WiFi calling.
8MP Rear Camera, 5MP Selfie Camera
Users can take detail-filled photos with the Grand Prime’s 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus and flash, as well as with its 5MP front-facing camera. The front camera includes a wide-angle selfie lens that captures a wider angle of view than other smartphone cameras.
WiFi Hotspot Capabilities
The Galaxy Grand Prime’s users can connect up to eight WiFi-enabled devices at a time to use their phone’s cellular connectivity. This gives users more flexibility when they are on the road.
Stylish Design
Featuring a brushed metallic bezel, the Grand Prime is available to Sprint customers only in gray. The device is 5.7 inches long, 2.84 inches wide and 0.34 inches thick, and weighs 5.5 ounces.
All-Day Battery Power
A removable 2,600mAh lithium-ion battery powers the handset, while also offering an Ultra Power Saving Mode to extend battery life. When the battery charge reaches 10 percent of its remaining power, the phone automatically shuts off nonessential apps to maximize battery life, which can allow users to make or get calls and texts for up to 24 additional hours.
