Setting the Galaxy S7 Active apart from its S7 and S7 Edge stablemates is its shatter-resistant touch-screen display. The S7 Active model is based on the same 5.1-inch Super AMOLED Quad HD touch-screen display found in the standard S7 phone. The Active is designed to withstand multiple 5-foot drops onto concrete, while the handset also meets IP68 certification to withstand water exposure of up to 5 feet for 30 minutes.
