Cyber Monday specials abound for shoppers today, with T-Mobile offering a 64GB Apple iPhone 6 for the same price as a 16GB iPhone 6, while Sprint is offering a free LG G3 smartphone to customers who open a new line of service.

Also featured are Cyber Monday discounts on a host of other devices from Verizon, T-Mobile and Motorola, offering consumers a wide range of deals and specials.

The T-Mobile deal to purchase a 64GB iPhone 6 for the same price as a 16GB device—a $100 savings—is only being offered online, and the supply of devices is limited, according to T-Mobile. T-Mobile also is offering buyers deals on other iPhones on Cyber Monday. Buyers of a 32GB iPhone 5s will be upgraded for free to a 64GB iPhone 5s, for example, while buyers of an 8GBG iPhone 5c will be upgraded for free to a 32GB iPhone 5c.

In addition, T-Mobile is offering other online Cyber Monday specials, including $100 off a Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone, $100 off a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phablet, $68 off an LG Optimus L90 smartphone, $48 off a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phablet and $48 off a Google Nexus 6 smartphone. The deals, which end at 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 1, require a wireless service plan.

To get in on Motorola’s Cyber Monday deals, you’d better hurry. The special pricing on the company’s Moto X (2nd Generation) smartphone will end at 6 p.m. EST today.

The Moto X deals vary, depending on your wireless carrier.

For Verizon Wireless customers, the 16GB Moto X (2nd Gen) is available for one penny, while the 32GB version is available for $50.01, according to Motorola. The specials are available to customers who sign up for a new line, are eligible for an upgrade or who sign up for an additional line of service.

Customers of other wireless carriers can buy a Moto X (2nd Gen) starting at $359, which is a $140 savings from the regular price of $499, according to Motorola.

To get the special pricing, customers must register online by 6 p.m. EST on Dec. 1 to be locked into the limited-time deal. When registering, customers will be sent a special promotional code that will be emailed to them by Motorola, which must then be used to get the special offer. The promotional code must be used by Dec. 15 at 1:59 a.m. EST.

Customers who want to buy their Moto X smartphone with wood or leather décor must pay an additional $25.

Moto X buyers can also take advantage of a related Cyber Monday discount offer when buying their phones. Motorola is offering 30 percent off any accessories with the purchase of a Moto X (2nd gen.) to eligible buyers.

Over at Verizon Wireless, the company is offering the Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone and an HTC One M8 smartphone for one penny without rebates for Cyber Monday, as well as a one penny deal for an LG G3 smartphone.

Over at Sprint, the LG G3 smartphone is being offered as a one-day special for free—a $199.99 savings—with a new line of service under a two-year agreement. The LG G3 includes a 5.5-inch quad-HD display, a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of onboard storage and Android 4.4 KitKat.
