Adesso Systems this week will introduce Version 3.0 of its Instant Mobility Platform, which provides remote access to a variety of corporate applications.

Chief among the new features is the Extension Manager, which lets developers plug new features into Adesso applications using components created from other development tools.

“Theres a lot in this particular release thats geared to allow a partner to layer their own capability on top of the core Adesso platform,” said Dennis Kelly, CEO of Boston-based Adesso.

Version 3.0 also includes file synchronization, support for Oracle databases, a survey engine, an interactive reporting and data analysis tool, and various user interface enhancements. It will be available by midyear.
