MicroStrategy Inc., of Vienna, Va., has announced the availability of its MicroStrategy CRM Applications.
The three-product suite includes MicroStrategy Web Business Analyzer, for analyzing customer interactions at sites; Customer Analyzer, which encompasses Web Business Analyzer and analyzes all customer interactions, identifying which sales, service and marketing activities are most effective; and Marketing Automation, used to develop permission-based marketing campaigns across all customer communication channels.
MicroStrategy CRM Applications includes extraction, transformation and extraction, and transformation and loading capabilities as well as more than 300 prebuilt sales, service and marketing reports.
The products in the customer resource management suite are sold separately, ranging from $10,000 for Marketing Automation up to $200,000 plus $2,000 per user for Customer Analyzer.
