LAS VEGAS—LogicLibrary Inc., a provider of software asset management tools, Tuesday announced that IBM has selected its Logidex software component management system as the catalog and search engine for locating partner solutions built on IBMs Express portfolio.
The project will give ISVs access to the Logidex online component catalog and search engine to help accelerate their understanding, adoption and purchase of WebSphere Application Server-Express and DB2-Express technology core components of IBM Integrated Runtime for ISVs.
IBM and Pittsburgh-based LogicLibrary will demonstrate the Logidex and IBM Express component search capabilities available via Logidex at the IBM PartnerWorld conference here.
“IBMs ongoing investments in partner enablement, such as the Virtual Innovation Center launched last year, provide invaluable resources for IBMs partners, and LogicLibrary is delighted to be a part of these exciting programs,” Don Imhoff, vice president of business development at LogicLibrary, said in a statement. “CIOs [chief information officers], systems architects and development teams around the world have realized tremendous results in productivity, reduced software development lifecycles and cost-savings using Logidex.
