Officials said the bidirectional integration delivers better productivity in the way of enhanced customer service and faster sales cycles, as well and improved compliance to regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley.

The company targets SMBs (small and medium-sized businesses) with a service that automates the sales quote-to-fulfillment process, Nsite officials said. The system captures, tracks and automates the sales process, the company said.

Nsite has more than 6,500 users in 21 countries.
