Support services newcomer InterOps Management Solutions Inc. last week rolled out its flagship monitoring and management offering designed to blend users in-house support with outsourced Web availability, performance and management services.

The ViewPoints program gives clients a combination of site monitoring, issue identification and resolution; change management; and Web-based reporting, said officials with the Medford, Mass., company. The service is available in three tiers that provide progressively higher levels of operations support, coverage, reporting and proactive management.

Interoperability with most major management platforms means the service can be used to fill coverage gaps, such as a midnight shift, in a corporate support system, or can provide complete management operations.

Available immediately, ViewPoints comes with strict return on investment-based service-level agreements that guarantee cost savings, performance improvements and management response times. Pricing depends on level of service and the complexity of a users infrastructure.
