WebSideStory Inc. and ComScore Networks Inc., of Reston, Va., have teamed up to launch HitBox Benchmarker, a service that tracks and analyzes visitor behavior at a Web site vs. visitor behavior at competitors sites.

The new service combines San Diego-based WebSideStorys HitBox Enterprise outsourced visitor analysis technology with data from ComScores Global Network, a 1.5 million-strong opt-in consumer measurement platform.

Businesses can then compare their sites performance vs. competitors.

The service is available now.

Pricing information was unavailable.
